WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All orders will ship within 24 hours, if parts are in stock.
ARE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK? – Although we carry over millions in inventory, not all items will be in stock. If items are not in stock, we will attempt to ship from the manufacturer. If not, the item will be backordered.
WHEN WILL BACKORDERED ITEMS SHIP? – Most backordered items usually take 5-7 business days to ship.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT? – There is a $25.00 order minimum.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER WITH MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE? – Yes, our servers are encrypted with the highest level of security. It is perfectly safe to order online via our site. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method to protect your data from third parties as it is transferred over the Internet. Our physical location is protected against loss, theft or misuse of information via appropriate security measures as well.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT? – We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH? – You will receive a confirmation e-mail message with your order details. You will also receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail once your order has shipped.

WILL I PAY TAX ON MY ORDERS? – Currently, only orders shipped to New York customers will pay sales tax.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? – Unused or sealed parts can be returned within 90 days of invoice. Must call our customer service at 800-367-6869 to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Up to a 30% restocking fee may apply. Customer is responsible for shipping items back. No exchange or returns on any electrical components (industry standard)
